The ideal time to engage and interior designer is at the concept or planning stage of your project.  In this renovation, early collaboration between the architect, the builder, and me allowed us to deliver the best outcome for our shared client in this major renovation.  We worked closely, so mutual trust, good communication, and aligned values were crucial in providing the best outcome.  There is a seamless integration of architecture, interior flow, and bespoke detailing throughout the home.  Collaboration with Rome Smit of Buildology, and Toni Roberts of Kitchen Architecture NZ.

During the renovation it was clear that the client's existing furniture would not suit the new clean, streamlined aesthetic of the renovation.  The client was honest about what they wanted to spend on new furniture, accessories and art, and so I was able to help them prioritise.  I worked within their budget, and not beyond it - ultimately delivering a result that has genuinely delighted them, and brought their vision to life.
